Notifies supervisors and employees to complete evaluations.* Responsible for recruiting all Providers and high-level positions within the HPWO organization.* Responsible for the development of contracts for all clinical providers.* Initial Credentialing and re-credentialing of all providers (white files)* Contact providers for the initial privileging appointment.* Re-credential providers every two years* Maintains oversight of the entire process to ensure all credentialed practitioner licensure and certifications are up to date and included in the credentials file. Responsible for assuring licenses and certifications are current and acceptable and appropriate resources are available for primary source verification and other departmental functions. Ensures that each credentialed provider has obtained all items required for the credentialing procedures manual.* Maintains primary source verifications of professional licenses, training, and board certifications.* Primary source certification activities (National Practitioner Data Bank and DEA Verification of all eligible providers).* Keeps the ATS (Paycor) and tracking sheets updated.* Completes interviews with candidates.* Places employment ads, receives resumes and organizes them for review.* Arranges interviews and observation time with applicants as directed.* Conducts employee orientation and trainings.* Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations concerning employment (Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, FMLA, Equal Opportunity Employer, Sexual Harassment, and Confidentiality).* Respects and maintains employee confidentiality.* Represents HPWO at community meetings/events as requested.* Attends and participates in monthly staff meetings.* Performs other related duties as they are assigned.* Acts as back-up support for other Human Resources Team Members.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is primarily sedentary, demanding sitting, walking, lifting, and bending. Those physical movements and the degree of mobility, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination commonly associated with duties in an office setting will be performed repetitively. This also includes bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, and walking. The ability to distinguish letters and symbols and utilize telephones, computer terminals, fax machines, and copiers is required.
