We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented HRIS Manager with a specialized focus on payroll and timekeeping processes, specifically utilizing Kronos Dimensions (UKG). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Kronos systems, including a strong understanding of how Kronos integrates with ADP Workforce Now.

Your Role:

  • Manage and configure the Kronos system, providing both system and consultative support.
  • Oversee Kronos integration with payroll, dispatch, and analytics systems.
  • Create data views and reports to enhance productivity and identify new opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on all things Kronos.
  • Troubleshoot clocks, device configurations, and work with the Kronos vendor to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and enhance Dell Boomi objects to support integrations.
  • Craft clear, concise technical documentation to uphold our standards and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Expertise in UKG Kronos Dimensions software architecture with mechanical know-how (preferred).
  • Experience with Datahub (preferred).
  • A proven track record of success with Kronos systems, particularly Kronos Dimensions (UKG).
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, with a strong grasp of its integration with Kronos.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
