Human Resource Intern Location: Fort Wayne, IN Level: Intern Division / Department: Human Resources Reporting to position: Human Resources ManagerSummer 2025 - 90 day internship About the Role: We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR department with retention and recruitment efforts. In collaboration with the Talent Manager and Safety Manager, the HR Intern will engage in refining career pathing and enhancing safety training. Their responsibilities include modernizing job descriptions, evaluating current HR processes, and formulating practical recommendations for their improvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent administrative and organizational skills. This is a temporary position (approximately 10-12 weeks) and is paid on an hourly basis. The Intern may also be able to use this opportunity towards university/college credit.
