Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic HR leadership and consultation focused on creating innovative HR strategies to anticipate and assess emerging business, organization, or people trends and identify and implement the appropriate Human Resource solutions.

- Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, business plans, and all facets of talent attraction, development, and retention.

- Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.

- Provide expertise in the areas of leadership and executive team development, organization and employee effectiveness, and meeting design/facilitation.

- lan and facilitate work sessions to develop business strategies (i.e. vision, mission, value, objectives) that help support organizational focus, efficiency, speed, and business results.

- Create and implement a lifecycle approach to talent management focused on forecasting, staffing, on-boarding, development, performance management, career/succession planning, talent movement, and retention, using people analytics and insights.

- Provide additional support to the division office, including onboarding/offboarding activities, mail distribution, light housekeeping, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner with specific experience in strategy development, organizational design, talent management and change management.

- Experience leading others and a track record of effectively coaching and developing employees.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within a diverse organization to help drive business results.

- Ability to deal with and manage ambiguity - dealing with issues where processes or systems are not always in place.

- Demonstrated strong strategic planning skills.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office product suite or other related collaboration, work and project management platforms.
