HTI is seeking a Human Resources Manager to work with a global leader in manufacturing automotive bearing solutions and machine tools. This organization is known for being a key player in the innovation of mobility along with a diverse product line, setting them apart from the competition. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 1st shift. The pay range is $105,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.*2 - 2.5 year role at this facility. However this company is a global organization, other opportunities could exist for someone that is willing to relocate or transfer to other facilities.*What We Offer:

What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
- Experience with RIF or Plant Shutdowns
- At least 5 years of HR experience, 3 of which are in a leadership position
- Manufacturing Experience required
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
- SHRM or PHR Certification preferred
*Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship*What Your Role Will Look Like:The direct scope of this position includes the HR, EHS, and Training functions along with the planning and execution of strategic HR direction of the plant. Develop policies and implement programs and procedures pertaining to the planning of human resources, recruiting, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration, environmental, health & safety, and associate relations.
- Lead and monitor primary functions of human relations including employee placement, development, and retention; health, safety, onsite security, compensation and benefits; communication; training; and employee & community relations
- Support staff, supervisors, team leaders and team members by providing timely training, instruction, and leadership with regards to their personal growth, job development and job performance.
- Establish and monitor baseline goals in areas that are supportive of current business conditions.
- Assess plant performance and initiate actions to assure continuous improvements.
- Determine initiatives and drive necessary actions to improve overall plant pulse survey results
- Develop and enforce a consistent approach to performance management for both hourly and salary, process training and supervise team building.
- Monitor HR tracking systems such as head count, applicant tracking, EEO/AA reporting to ensure accuracy as well as consistency and compliance with all state and federal laws.
- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance while building high associate moral.
