Job Title: Human Resources ManagerJob DescriptionThe Human Resources Manager oversees various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance with legal requirements related to taxes, insurance, and reporting. This role ensures that all employee and payroll records adhere to federal and state laws and regulations. The HR Manager also leads efforts to enhance the employee experience and organizational culture, aligning with the organization's core principles.
Responsibilities- Facilitate and approve payroll processing, ensuring timely and compliant completion.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs, managing the open enrollment process.
- Oversee 401(k) reporting, garnishments, and cafeteria plan costs, verifying accurate entries and deductions.
- Collaborate with the VP of HR to execute people strategies that support business goals.
- Manage and supervise assigned HR personnel.
- Assist in optimizing talent, structure, processes, and culture.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
