The HR Manager will the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment strategy, employee relations, performance management and training & development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and both onshore and offshore team members relation by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage strategic planning for recruitment and selection processSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization's business and process verticalsNurture a positive working environmentCreate, oversee and manage performance appraisal process and system that will drive high performanceMaintain pay plan and benefits programAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsReport to Executive Team and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a HR Manager or other HR Executive role in a Healthcare Services settingPeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with standards Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategies aligned with the US regulatory and compliance labor law/policy along with leadership skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organizationIn-depth knowledge of labor law and regulationsDegree in Human Resources and certified HR PractitionerCertification/s lke AIHR, HRCI, SHRM and the likes is a must
