Drive organizational change and deploy Human Resources policies, practices, and programs to build organizational capability, shape our culture to be trusting and inclusive, and ensure we have the best talent to execute on our strategy. Work with the division leadership, functional leaders and site managers to align human resources programs and initiatives with key business objectives. Drive unified plans that support operations and division business, financial and employee engagement objectives. Provide leadership guidance and mentoring. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change. Counsel and influence leadership regarding policies, practices, laws and regulations to ensure all human resource policies and programs are in compliance with local and governmental regulatory requirements.
