- Benefits Coordination: Clearly explain and manage employee benefits, ensuring all staff understand their options.

- Preferred: Knowledge of Axis Care is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
