Job Description:
Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of human resources experience in employee relations, staffing & selection, compensation & benefits and/or training* Knowledge of payroll systems and payroll processes* Knowledge of Federal, State, Labor and Employment laws, Workers' compensation, FMLA, ADA and OSHA laws* Knowledge of HRIS systems* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).* Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 30 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents, 10-key numeric pad).Preferred Qualifications* At least 2 years of experience with Kronos timekeeping, worker's compensation, and/ or HRIS.Salary Range$21.05 - $31.6 / Hourly
