HR duties such as: recruiting, managing social media, HRIS System Management, Career Fairs, and Administrative tasks. Assist with New Hire onboarding. Document and maintain reports (employee data, audits, training, performance management, benefits enrollment, etc.)Follow all procedures and safety plans in place.
