Description MaineHealth Corporate Professional - NonclinicalReq #: 13552**This position is eligible to work from home up to 3 days a week after working in office 90 days.The Human Resources Support Center Specialist role is the primary point of contact for leader questions/requests that are submitted through the Support Center. The HR Support Center Specialist offers support regarding policy interpretation, management practices, procedure development, compensation, compliance, and benefits. This position also provides support to the Operations and Benefits teams and will work on a variety of special assignments and projects individually and in partnership with other COE's. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional knowledge and two years of work experience equivalent to this degree required. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3.
