ProspectBlue is looking for an HR/Office Manager for a great client in Richmond, VA!
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processing, and benefits enrollment, and ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and career development initiatives to enhance team skills and company culture.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance review processes, guide performance improvement plans, and support managers in addressing employee performance issues.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs to promote a positive company culture.
Accounting:
- Responsible for the reconciliation and payment of Personal Property Taxes due on homes owned by the Communities
- Register new homes with localities and coordinate payment of Sales and Use Taxes
- Manage existing home titles, and lead process for obtaining new home titles as well as transferring any titles from the former owner post community acquisition.
- Maintain insurance on the communities' inventory of Personal Property.
