Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources/Admin professional to assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance with company policies and procedures, and more. This individual will support our HR/ Compliance & Ethics Officer in a variety of administrative and operational tasks, playing a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. A significant part of this role will be focused on tracking, assigning, and developing training programs to ensure staff members are continuously supported and equipped with the skills needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures
- Provide support in employee relations and address HR-related inquiries
- Track and assign training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development
- Assist in developing training programs to support employee growth and performance
- Monitor and report on employee training progress and effectiveness
- Support daily administrative tasks within the HR department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and training implementation
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role with working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
- A collaborative team player with the ability to adapt to changing demands
- Experience with training management or supporting employee development programs is a plus
