Our client, a life plan community, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to assist with end-of-year cleanup efforts across several departments. This is a temporary on-site role ideal for a motivated individual with strong time management skills, a professional demeanor, and a solid HR background.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain extensive filing systems for the HR and Finance departments, ensuring documents are accurate and easily accessible
- Prepare and assemble orientation packets for new employees, ensuring all necessary materials are included
- Conduct thorough file audits, including I-9 audits o ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
- Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth end-of-year operations across departments
- Desired Qualifications:
- HR Background: Experience with generalist responsibilities, including I-9 audits
- Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in filing systems and document management
