GHR Healthcare, a healthcare staffing company based in Blue Bell, PA, is seeking an on-site Human Resources Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative or HR-related roles, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and excel in handling projects independently while effectively collaborating in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in administering the health plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Enrollment of employee into benefit portals
- Terminating client employees in portals
- Tracking of employee's hours to determine eligibility
- Sending benefit offers to employees.
- Excel spreadsheet tracking of various departments
- COBRA communication
- Communicating with employees and answering questions regarding eligibility, waiting periods, etc
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

- Bachelor's Degree in human resources preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years administrative experience.

- ADP knowledge is a plus!
