Our client, a life plan community, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to assist with end-of-year cleanup efforts across several departments. This is a temporary on-site role ideal for a motivated individual with strong time management skills, a professional demeanor, and a solid HR background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain extensive filing systems for the HR and Finance departments, ensuring documents are accurate and easily accessible
  • Prepare and assemble orientation packets for new employees, ensuring all necessary materials are included
  • Conduct thorough file audits, including I-9 audits o ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth end-of-year operations across departments

  • Desired Qualifications:
  • HR Background: Experience with generalist responsibilities, including I-9 audits
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in filing systems and document management
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Professional and polished demeanor, with excellent communication skills
