Analyze feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations, driving data-informed decision-making**What you'll need**+ To be 18 years of age or older+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company+ 3+ years of experience in high-level customer service or executive administrative roles+ Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, corporate environment+ Proven track record of creating and implementing employee events and engagement initiatives+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills+ Strong project management abilities+ Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset+ Ability to work in office full-time with overtime as neededAdditional qualifications+ Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, corporate environment+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field+ Certification in event planning or related field+ In-depth knowledge of the local downtown area, including businesses, cultural institutions, and community resourcesIND1**Why work with us**Your career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
