Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Administrative Support in Winston-Salem, NC!

Pay rate: $23.94/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p or 730a – 430p (Hybrid)

Length: 6 months with possibility of extension or conversion

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

  • Responding to inquiries relating to Leave of Absence, FMLA, and Accommodations.
  • Triaging LOA/FMLA cases by sending Notice of Eligibility of Rights and Responsibilities and FMLA Designation Notices.
  • Indexing and distribution Medical Records tasks in ServiceNow

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements:

  • Must have LOA/FMLA experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • ServiceNow experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Workday a plus

This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Winston-Salem, NC
