About the Role
Provides administrative support and assistance to the Director of Human Resources and the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the HR department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, such as benefits, leave, and company policies.
- Support the coordination of employee training programs and events.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in updating HR databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and presentations.
- Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned.
- Provide backup for the Tulsa reception desk as needed.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of human resources administrative practices and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good networking and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
