Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of HR Systems:
    • Oversee and maintain the [MT system] used by all floor employees.
    • Tie dollar amounts and time metrics to headcount data to provide project tracking insights.
    • Ensure alignment between project management software and ongoing operational projects.
  • Data Administration:
    • Update and manage employee records, including adding new employees and removing those who exit the organization.
    • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of system data, ensuring up-to-date headcount reports.
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders, including headcount reports and project alignment updates.
  • Support for ECMMS Operations:
    • Take ownership of attendance management for temporary employees.
    • Serve as the in-house resource for tracking attendance, providing timely updates to management teams.
    • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure attendance data is accurately captured and reported.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Alleviate reporting duties for team members by managing all relevant HR data and generating comprehensive reports.
    • Analyze system data to identify trends and provide insights for workforce planning and project management.
  • Employee Support:
    • Act as a primary point of contact for system-related questions or troubleshooting for employees and managers.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding by accurately updating systems and communicating changes to relevant teams.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data.
