We are growing and have an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in the HR, Safety and Operations teams to assist TWC leadership and create an extraordinary place for all coworkers to flourish and progress their careers.
The ideal candidate will conduct themselves in a professional manner and display timely and accurate communication skills to assist various departments and employees as required.
TWC Concrete is a leader in a full range of concrete services, including tilt-up construction and flatwork. Our project experience ranges from industrial buildings and manufacturing facilities to multistory structural concrete projects in both the public and private sectors.
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Maintain accurate information as it relates to the Human Resources and Operations functions.
- Facilitate employee communication, payroll, per diem, hiring assistance, new hire orientations and onboarding.
- Provide appropriate assistance to management, shared services, and other personnel as needed.
- Act as the liaison between office and field personnel, to facilitate accurate information in a timely manner.
- Provide support as needed to safety: maintain records, coworker equipment and training.
- Assist with employee meetings, functions and events as requested.
- Provide timely communication with corporate marketing group.
- Willingness to perform general office duties as needed and assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well organized and a planner

- Fluent in Spanish both written and spoken

Desirable Experience
- Understanding of construction workforce dynamics
- Payroll processing and daily per diem
- Recruiting / human resources background
- Active member of the Hispanic community
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to have integrity when working with confidential information.
This position will require you to work in a professional office setting which will include standing, sitting, occasional kneeling, and some light lifting. Work hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some travel to job sites may be required.
