HR Analyst

Position Description:
Ensure that the National Attendance Program [NAP], Family Medical Leave Act [FMLA], Medical Leave of Absence [MLOA] and tardiness are administered in accordance with the National Agreement, Company Policy, applicable regulations, Company practice and the Local CBA. Clear employees for Personal Days, Bereavement, Failure to Call [ART], Jury Duty. Conduct corrective action, discipline based on the AWOL report/NAP guidelines. Properly document corrective action hearing outcomes. Follow-up with line management customers to successfully close out open NAP and tardiness issues. Audit NAP and tardiness TWOs coding. Correct TWOs codes as required. SME for line management customers on NAP interpretation. Maintain all required document related to FMLA administration. Liaison between line management customers and the local medical department. Identify opportunities to streamline current processes. Liaison between Operations and Labor Relations.

KCAP adjustment log review (identify and communicate adjustments/deductions to Process Coaches for employee notification). Weekly attendance dashboard reports. Daily AWOL reports for Truck and Transit. Follow-up on missed disciplinary opportunities. Additional administrative duties as required

Hours of Work: Sunday – 1pm to 11pm Monday – 1pm to 11pm Friday – 8am to 630pm Additional forth day available based on mutual interests Ability to support vacation support May be adjusted as business needs impact. Fully onsite.
