Location: Peosta, IA - Duration: May - December 2025 What Youll Do & Learn:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team in a dual role, gaining exposure to both Human Resources and Fulfillment Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to understand the intricacies of managing a full-service fulfillment facility while also participating in the hiring and onboarding processes for our temporary workforce. Youll be responsible for the following tasks:Human Resources: - Interviewing candidates, hiring, and orientating new employees to meet temporary hiring goals. - Performing reference and background checks on applicants as needed. - Processing necessary paperwork related to hiring. - Conducting temporary employee surveys. - Updating and entering drug screening information into our computer system. - Supporting the Human Resource Manager with special projects and tasks as assigned.
