Job Summary:
LHH is partnering with an educational organization that is looking to hire an HR Assistant on a temporary basis. This role is fully in office with hours from 8AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday with a half hour lunch. The qualified candidate should a degree in human resources and/or at least 1 year of HR internship experience.

Responsibilities:
Organize sensitive HR documents
Aid in internal recruitment
Conduct background checks and references for new hires
Assist in planning employee events
Act as a POC for employees questions and concerns
Conduct new hire orientations
Help in processing FMLA
Assist the HR team with any additional tasks as needed
Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
Proficient in Google Sheets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
