About the Role - As an HR Assistant for Faith Home Health & Hospice, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Scan, upload, and update employee records online in HR system.
  • Track employee compliance items in the HR system and follow up with employees.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR department and employees, ensuring effective communication, and resolution of requests and questions.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR department.
  • Assist with recruiting, compiling, and collating new hire orientation packets.
  • Assist with HR related events e.g. benefits enrollment, employee appreciation and recognition, meetings, etc.
  • Audit HR reports and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with other duties as needed or assigned.

Responsibilities - HR Assistant Qualifications:

  • Have a high school diploma or associates degree in HR or related field (e.g. business administration)
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of office experience, healthcare preferred
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to operate most standard office equipment
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
