REPORTS TO: Human Resources CoordinatorFLSA STATUS: Salary Non-ExemptSUMMARY: This role will focus on recruiting and talent acquisition, supporting our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and will be responsible for supporting HumanResource functions for a 24/7 manufacturing facility.KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)• Assist with the interview process, including scheduling• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records• Extend offers of employment and handle post-offer processing• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires• Provide general administrative support to the HR Coordinator, including filing, payroll, attendance tracking and maintaining records in the HRIS system• Assist with employee relations matters, such as addressing inquiries and resolving issues• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures• Support other HR initiatives as needed, such as Benefits Administration, and Workers Compensation• Understanding and demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and understanding of regulatory requirements associated with privacyREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Recruitment and Talent acquisition• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to prioritize multi-task duties without loss of efficiency or composureADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Must be able to:• Work an 8 hour shift with overtime as required• Sit constantly, Stand and/or walk frequently• Speak and hear constantly• Use of fingers, hands and arms constantly
