The HR Associate will be accountable for recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR analytics, employment law & compliance.The ideal candidate will have previous HR Generalist experience, be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, and add value to our organization. Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment & onboarding processes - Process interviews, background checks, physical & drug tests, etc.
- Participate in all recruitment efforts - Tasks include attending job fairs, hiring events, hiring centers and analytics of applicant tracking system.
- Conduct reporting analytics and compliance - Includes extensive HR reports, analytics, recruitment strategies and compliance.
- Manage Health Benefits and Leave Administration - Responsible for open enrollment, billing reconciliation and Leave administration.
