Urgently Hiring!! Looking to fill as soon as possible!! The salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annuallyNOTE : This is not a remote or hybrid position. Must be able to commute to the Manhattan Office Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.Job SummaryThe Benefit Specialist Supervisor will have a working knowledge of benefit administration and leave policies. Will be responsible for administrating benefits for all QSAC employees including enrollment/termination processing. You will be supervising two Benefit Specialist. This position is not remote and would require you to work at our Manhattan corporate office five days a week.Responsibilities
  • Communicate with QSAC staff about benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and transit.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the Benefit Specialist Team
  • Conduct Benefits Orientation & other trainings as needed
  • Assist staff with benefit enrollments and LOA's
  • Facilitate the annual open enrollment
  • Maintain employee benefit files, SPD's and other documents according to record retention requirements and established guidelines
  • Review and Analyze Worker's Comp claims, Disability (Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability), FMLA/PFL, and LOA cases
Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Must have prior supervisor experience
  • Knowledge of benefit program compliance and reporting requirements
  • Computer skills in G-Suite, Microsoft Office applications and HRIS programs (Salesforce/UKG)
  • MS Excel Intermediate to Advance Experience is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be well-organized, detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills
