The Human Resources Business Associate is responsible for leading the deployment of key HR initiatives and candidates should have considerable knowledge of Human Resource principles and practices, including but not limited to Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights and Project Management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Drive Business Results - through a focus on growing the business, paired with expertise in areas such as organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Be a Thought Leader - by understanding industry best practices, embracing and leading change, challenging the status quo, and providing innovative solutions
  • Grow our Championship Culture - through talent development, process improvement, and high employee engagement by connecting with employees
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor by coaching leaders at all levels of the organization with confidence and credibility.
  • Specific Accountabilities could include:
    • HR Business Partner for functional client groups
    • Project lead for change management initiatives
    • Partner with HR Manager and leadership in strategy development and execution
    • Led initiatives around annual process management (e.g. performance management cycle), workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access), Visio, and SharePoint; with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed
  • Ability to drive results in a highly ambiguous and constantly changing environment
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and critical thinking skills ability to prepare and analyze HR reports, translate data into recommendations and take appropriate action to achieve desired business results
  • Ability to lead and manage projects independently

  • International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
