- Property manager of FMLA, Team Member Benefits and ACA requirements.
- Conduct monthly meetings with respective business units.
- Consult with management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in cases, harassment, or EEOC issues.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day to day performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation
- Participate in recruiting and employment needs as needed by your Business Partners
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
- Consults with management regarding interpretation and administration of human resource policies, programs, procedures and compliance with applicable state/federal statutes and regulations.
- Partners with directors/ managers to meet the needs of departments within the business unit.

STARTING SALARY:58,000 Annually plus Bonus Eligible
