HR Business Partner- Temporary/ Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support strategic HR initiatives with a focus on change management and organizational development.
• Partner with HR and departmental leaders to improve organizational structure and drive transformational goals.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 for efficient communication and collaboration.
• Act as a valued member of the HR team, applying deep expertise to enhance our processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of HR experience, with a focus on transformation and organizational design.
• Proven expertise in change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR technology tools.
