Title: People& Culture Manager/ HR Business Partner

Location: Coral Springs, FL- 4X a week

Salary: $90-100K +3% Bonus + Benefits

Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of HR experience, including hands-on roles where you wore many hats.
  • A warm, approachable personality with a genuine love for people.
  • Passion for building and implementing HR programs that make a difference.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great critical thinking skillsable to break down challenges and find solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly changing, scaling environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams) and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (we use Paycom!) and the ability to quickly pick up new tools.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
