Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our human resources team. The HR Business Partner will act as a consultant to managers and employees on human resource-related issues.Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultant to managers and employees on human resource-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management
  • Partner with managers to develop and execute human resource strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage and oversee employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution of complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address HR-related needs and opportunities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging HR trends and best practices
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR business partner or HR leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of HR strategies and practices
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
