Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)-6 month temporary role.
$60-$70/hour
On-site in El Segundo, CA (5 days a week in office)
Candidates must have a background in Hospitality, Retail, Food/Beverage, or Entertainment.
Innovative tech company is hiring an experienced HRBP to join their LA team for a long-term temporary assignment that could become a full time opportunity. The HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. This role will involve overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. This position is 100% in the office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
Stay updated on HR trends and developments, recommending improvements and enhancements to HR programs and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
