Job Role: HR Business Partner

Location: Flushing, NY 11355

Shift: Day

Pay Rate: $45/hr - $48/hr

Duration: 3+ months

Education: Bachelor's degree

Required: 5 years relevant experience in HRBP, preferably from healthcare environment.

Duties:

• Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in handling employee grievances
