Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of HR Business Partner or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
