AMVAC, an American Vanguard company is seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to design and lead programs that focus on achieving Business Unit goals in alignment with the company's mission. The HRBP will be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team that will set new ways of working within the organization to establish more robust and standardized HR practices globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures. The role will focus on creating standards for performance management and learning & development aligning with your HRBP counterparts across multiple international regions. The HRBP will be responsible for executing compensation and talent management strategies customized to the diverse needs and regulatory requirements of each region and function worldwide.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATONS
The HR Business Partner must demonstrate deep expertise in facilitating performance reviews, addressing employee grievances, developing training programs, and onboarding new hires with an ability to balance competing priorities. The HRBP must also adhere to local requirements and needs while maintaining compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations. The role requires strong communication skills and the desire to serve as a strategic partner providing HR advice and guidance on both local and international HR practices.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree Required; Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
LANGUAGE: Fluent in English and Spanish (at a business level) written and verbal
