The successful HR Business Partner demonstrates our core behaviors in all aspects of the role, and is vital in partnering with operations to understand their people needs, coach management, and find business solutions. This includes attracting, selecting, retaining, and developing talent, cultivating company culture, coaching people managers through employee relations issues, and conducting workplace investigations.   • Coach
    • ... on how to navigate employee relations issues to appropriate outcomes.

    • ... on talent attraction, selection, and retention of employees, as well as participating dependent on the role(s) needing to be filled.

    • ... in the development and performance of employees through performance management, quarterly/annual review process, and succession planning to create bench strength.

    • ... in the hiring process; monitor and review post-offer background check and drug screening outcomes in a timely fashion, escalating with recommendations, as appropriate

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • A minimum of three years of progressive experience working in Human Resources in generalist roles
    • Experience interviewing, evaluating and selecting candidates using behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
    • Experience resolving employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid context required; for example, work from home once or twice per week, and travel to/work from store locations three to four times per week.
    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
    • Familiarity with Paycom HRIS software a plus, but not required.
    • Travel to other CommunityAid locations, as needed.
