The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives. This position will partner with business leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.Essential Functions

- Consult with managers and staff on employee relations issues; ensures the integrity of the company's progressive disciplinary policy by active participation in the disciplinary process.
- Consults with leaders to ensure effective performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Manage talent acquisition, talent development, and performance management as well as provide guidance on organizational design.
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the Senior HR Management and Legal as needed/required.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Supports new employees in their onboarding/integration and exiting employees in their offboarding.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Provides guidance and input on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identifies and organizes training needs for departments and individuals.
- Promotes a positive work environment for all employees.
- Assures compliance with company policies and Federal, State, and Local employment laws.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Recommends innovative approaches, solutions, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
