Job Description:

We are looking to hire an HR Business Partner for one of our clients. The HR Business Partner will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on company core values. The ideal candidate will be a thought partner, coach, and collaborator to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization. This role will align with functional leadership and support their assigned territory. The candidate will actively engage with both the Corporate HR team and the cross-functional territory team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Partner closely with HR functional leaders
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on business expansion and optimization, including compliance, talent acquisition and management, development, change management and employee relations.
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the territory/area.
  • Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs; make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze trends, market data, and metrics to propose solutions based on territory/area needs.
  • Drive talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual development plans.
  • Partner closely with other HRBPs and corporate HR leaders to provide consistent execution of overall HR business strategy.
  • Drive recruitment and staffing efforts for both caregiver and full-time staff needs.
  • Assist in open enrollment and new hire benefits onboarding, while also assisting in FMLA management.
  • Partner with territory leadership for proper onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Coordinate and conduct exit and stay interviews and communicate trends and findings to leadership.
  • Assist in the formulation of engagement and recognition strategies.
  • Partner closely with territory/area managers and employees and the payroll team to ensure payroll is timely and accurate.
  • Work closely with the Operations leadership team to support employee relations issues.
  • Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR team.

  • Demonstrated self-starter; takes initiative to tackle projects and site problems with minimal guidance.
  • Experience using data to identify trends that drive action.
  • Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems.
  • Coaching facilitation skills and experience.
  • Experience recruiting and onboarding hourly workforce; temp agency management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, I/O Psychology, or related field. PHR or SHRM- CP certified.
  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
