Our Client is looking for a HR Business Partner in the Jacksonville, FL or Valdosta, GA area. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key strategic advisor to leadership in the region you support. You will leverage your extensive HR expertise to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, driving business success. You will take ownership of key HR initiatives, collaborating closely with leadership to achieve results and ensure our HR strategies support the company's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and an influential leader, with a proven ability to deliver impactful HR solutions that drive the business objectives of our affiliate practices, market, and region.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, providing actionable insights and solutions that drive results and foster employee development.
- Provide experienced guidance to leaders, helping them navigate challenges, build high-performing teams, and cultivate a culture of accountability and growth. Empower managers with the coaching and support they need to lead effectively and confidently.
- Support large-scale change initiatives, ensuring people and processes adapt to the needs of our rapidly growing organization.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and proactively develop strategies to address emerging challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor in managing employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent solutions that align with organizational values.
- Foster a high-performance culture by implementing effective performance management processes, ensuring leaders have the tools and support to build and lead exceptional teams.
- Forecast workforce needs and create strategic plans to address talent acquisition, retention, and development requirements.
- Partner proactively with key functions such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Onboarding, and Training & Development to deliver cohesive, integrated HR solutions across the organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Multi-state/site HR experience is required.
- HR Certification from SHRM or HRCI is required, or the ability to sit for the exam within the first 6 months.
- Ability to travel overnight as required within the designated region (via plane/car).
- Medical/Ophthalmology experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internal and external.
- Demonstrates sound judgment in responding to inquiries and knows when to escalate issues appropriately.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a track record of increasing management responsibility and driving performance improvements.
- A team player who builds strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners and effectively engages cross-functional teams to build consensus.
