About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, driven Human Resources Business Partner to play a critical role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and benefits administration while evolving into a broader HR scope as the company grows.

In this role you will;
- Accurately process semi-monthly/bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
- Manage employee timekeeping, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with up-to-date information.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring payroll and benefits enrollment are seamless.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to support reporting, audits, and compliance.
- Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, employee questions, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including policy questions and communication.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to HR metrics reporting and identifying process improvements.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday, etc.) and basic knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to take on new responsibilities and learn across HR functions.
