Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management Support: Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to group policies and procedures.
- Policy Implementation: Help implement and monitor HR policies, manage staffing issues, and handle industrial relations.
- Reporting & Compliance: Collect data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Payroll & Administration: Oversee personnel files, manage payroll data, and ensure accurate timekeeping. Assist with new hire enrollments and onboarding processes.
- Training & Development: Track training data, prepare reports, and support the administration of training plans.
- Employee Relations: Act as a business partner to shop floor teams, advise supervisors, and support employee empowerment and engagement initiatives.
- Benefits & Documentation: Manage company benefits, HR correspondence, and plant communications. Administer FMLA/STD tracking and temporary worker hours.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of HR experience in an industrial environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law, familiarity with HR and payroll systems, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is required.
- Attributes: Results-oriented with an international mindset and a commitment to upholding internal rules and ethical standards.
