Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Learning & Development to drive talent growth and development initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps, design impactful learning programs, and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Strategy:- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business goals and organizational values.
- Partner with leadership to assess current and future workforce capabilities and create targeted development programs.
Program Design & Delivery:- Design and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions to address competency gaps and leadership development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced training solutions when required.
Talent Management:- Collaborate on initiatives such as succession planning, career pathing, and performance management frameworks.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Employee Engagement & Change Management:- Drive employee engagement initiatives by promoting professional growth and recognition programs.
- Lead change management efforts by ensuring employees are equipped with the skills to adapt to organizational transformations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their needs and aligning L&D programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with the HR team to integrate L&D efforts into broader HR initiatives like DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
Analytics & Reporting:- Use data to track the impact of L&D programs on business outcomes, including employee retention, productivity, and satisfaction.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in HR or L&D (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR or Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning approaches.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across levels and functions.
- Proficiency in L&D tools, LMS platforms, and analytics software.
