Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will support the National Professional Resources Team (NPRT) and National Professional Resources Operations (NPRO) and will work alongside the leadership teams of these business units to develop and execute the HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on employee performance and continuous improvement.
- Build trust and serve as the primary HR contact for leaders in NPRO.
- Participate in performance management and involuntary departure processes, drafting necessary documentation.
- Address workplace matters such as accommodations, and employee relations, and leave inquiries with empathy and confidentiality.
- Conduct exit interviews to assess feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Analyze engagement survey feedback and support action plans to enhance employee experience.
- Use data to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
- Support annual reviews, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Provide compensation guidance, including salary planning and promotions, in partnership with relevant teams.
- Develop and deliver manager-focused training in collaboration with HR and NPRO teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate records, and manage HR documentation.
- Foster teamwork within the HR team and participate actively in NPRO and HRBP meetings.
- Continuously develop HR capabilities and deliver excellent HR services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- There is no supervisory responsibility to this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- 5-10 years of HR/People Operations experience, focusing on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- minimum of 2 years recent work experience in HR supporting staff providing professional services
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

- HR certification (eg SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS system is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
