Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Review and validate new associate hire information, internal job changes and associate information changes in the Workday Human Capital Management system.
- Maintain associate records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Address data inaccuracies by partnering with the Recruiter and/or Human Resource Manager.
- Provide support to associates for self-service processes.
- Provide support to management to preform manager self-service transactions.
- Answer incoming phone calls and associate or customer questions.
- Fulfill requests for information for the purposes of Unemployment Compensation and wage and information verifications that are not already handled through 3rd party fulfillment.
- Perform data entry and filing of HR related documents.
- Fulfill internal requests for information for auditing processes.
- Provide support to the HR team with various tasks as needed.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience with Workday HCM.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role.
- Knowledge of basic HR functions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR databases.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This associate has no direct supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus one (1) year of administrative, customer service, or call center experience in an office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
