Human Resources - Associate Director, Total Rewards SpecialistNew York, New YorkRole: Total Rewards Specialist, Associate DirectorDepartment: Human ResourcesKroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC ( KBRA Â ), a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization ( NRSRO Â ) is seekinga dynamic total rewards specialist who will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing the company's global total rewards strategy. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, keen on collaboration and has a strong work ethic. This position will be based out of our New York office, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.About the TeamOur Human Resources Department is an integral function responsible for the overall dynamic employee experience at KBRA. This role reports to the Head of Human Resources and will partner closely with all members of the Human Resources team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the compensation planning process (merit salary increases and incentive pay)Contribute to cost and impact analysis, providing recommendations and strategies on incentive compensation based on market trendsCollaborate with Finance and HR colleagues regarding compensation data, workflows, projects and processesPerform detailed job analysis and benchmarking to prepare recommendations on job offers, promotions, salary grades and ensure compliance with local, state and federal lawsMaintain and update salary and incentive pay in HRISManage the development, implementation and administration of employee benefit plans, policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, health, life, disability and 401(k)Plan, implement and evaluate wellness programs; coordinate with key partners and vendors on programs, projects and initiativesDevelop and lead employee benefits education sessions for Open Enrollment and New Hire Orientation, including the preparation of materialsServe as a regular contact for staff, internal HR, insurance vendors and/or third-party administratorsProactively identify process improvements to increase efficiencies and productivity in total rewards program administrationQualifications5-6 years of related compensation and benefits experienceExperience with Charthop and ADP preferredExperience partnering with benefits brokers and vendorsFamiliarity with global compensation practices and ability to navigate international regulatory environments a plusStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate dataComputer proficiency with advanced technical skill in ExcelFinancial services or related industries strongly preferredAttention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and prioritiesActively identifies problems and opportunities for change and implements solutions where appropriateSalary RangeThe anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $150,000.
