Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for people-related concerns for the SG&A, Infrastructure, and Vehicle teams.
- Support management and employees with Performance Management processes, including calibration, promotions, and compensation planning.
- Oversee termination procedures, including conducting exit interviews, handling documentation, and managing backfill requests.
- Assist leaders with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations when necessary.
- Administer employee processes, such as managing remote work requests.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR inbox, triaging employee questions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Employee Relations experience
