Details: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Human resources coordinator for a cosmetics contract manufacturing plant.
- Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
- Facilitate new hire onboarding process
- Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Adhere to HR policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate training programs for employees and managers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
Job Requirements Details:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a HR Coordinator in a manufacturing environment
- Must be bi-lingual Spanish/English
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
